When does a facade have to be painted?

The rule of thumb is: every 8-15 years, depending on the material and exposure. Visible signs include cracks, peeling, discoloration or internal moisture. We assess the condition on site free of charge.

How long does it take to paint a facade?

A single family home takes 3-7 business days. Larger properties take longer. Scaffolding erection and dismantling is included.

Does the facade need to be cleaned beforehand?

Yes – a clean surface is crucial. We pressure clean the facade, remove loose plaster and treat areas of mold before we paint.

What colors and products do you use?

We rely on proven brands such as Sikkens, Caparol and Sigma. The choice of product depends on the surface, load and budget.

How much does a facade painting cost?

The costs depend heavily on the area, condition and choice of material. For a single-family home, you can roughly calculate between CHF 3,000 and 12,000. We will create a binding offer free of charge.
